NWCS Open House

北威中文學校將於本週六早上十點舉辦學校開放參觀日。 請各位家長﹐ 告訴親朋好友﹐ 並踴躍參與。

NWCS will hold its Open House this Saturday at 10:00. Please tell your families and friends who are interested in learning Chinese. Don't miss this great opportunity to explore a great Chinese learning environment!

鼓勵穿著學校運動衫

Open House: Wear the NWCS T-Shirt!

本週六學校參觀日, 鼓勵學生和家長們穿著學校的運動衫。凡穿學校運動衫者可參加抽獎活動。

All students and parents are encouraged to wear our school T-shirts to the Open House this Saturday. Anyone who wears a school T-shirt will be eligible to enter a drawing for prizes!

請所有老師或負責的班級家長安排學校參觀日所需展示用品的領取﹐並於本週六一早置放於餐廳﹐以供展示。

All teachers please coordinate with your class parents to have the Open House display folders picked up and material properly arranged in the cafeteria first thing this Saturday morning.

Board of Directors Election Results

上周(六月四日)本校舉行新董事選舉,當選名單如下: 黃允武先生,張榮先生,蔡秀玲女士,陳隆享先生以及Mr. Rene Yip.

Last week, 6/4/05, we elected five directors to the school board. They are: Mr. Woody Huang, Mr. Rong Chang, Ms Siew Leng Chuah, Mr. Lyman Chen and Mr. Rene Yip.

父母聊天室

Parents' Chatroom

林安禮老師已闢一個 “父母聊天室”。 歡迎所有對如何幫助孩子成長﹐ 如何管教 孩子﹐ 如何改善親子關係﹐ 如何和孩子溝通這些 課題有興趣的家長自由參加。 父母聊天室 除了提供大家交換心得經驗的機會之外,還有許多這方面的書籍錄音帶出借﹐ 歡迎 大家充分利用。 時間﹕ 每週六早上 9:15 到 10:30﹔ 地點﹕ 223 室。

Ms AnLi Lin has organized a "Parents' Chatroom". All parents who are interested in discussing how to help their children grow, how to discipline their children, and how to communicate with their children, are invited to attend. The "Parents' Chatroom", besides giving parents the opportunity to exchange their experiences and lessons learned, will also make available for reference many books and tapes in these subject areas.

The "Parents' Chatroom" will be held weekly, from 9:15 to 10:30 in Room 223.
